Booking & Rates

The standard room rate is $50/HR, with a 2 hour minimum.

Engineer rates vary from $20/HR-$40/HR.

The sum of these two figures will determine your overall hourly rate.

An engineer is required for all sessions. We currently have four engineers experienced across all genres of music, ADR and voiceover. We will happily set you up with the best engineer for you. If you plan to bring your own engineer and it is his or her first time utilizing our facility, an assistant engineer (one of our own) is required.

A 1/2 Deposit is required in advance to book all sessions. 

This is typically accomplished via PayPal or can be done over the phone. This deposit counts toward your overall payment. The remaining 1/2 balance is due the day of the session.

1. Tell us a little about yourself, your project and your goals.

2. If you are a in band or are musical artist, describe your musical style generally (i.e Rock, Hip-Hop, Metal, Singer-Songwriter, etc.) 

3. Give a rough description of how much work your project will entail (i.e. "My band wants to track a 5 song EP" "I need to track vocals for 2 songs over a beat" or "I am looking to record keyboard overdubs")

4. Include a rough approximation of your budget.
